1.1.2.2 Access to personal data
You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you, in relation to the information we store on your name, email address, profile information such as company and job title, and your payment history. Following a request, we require up to 30 working days to provide you with your information. We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.
1.1.2.3 Retention of your data
Information relating to your financial transactions with us will be kept for the period required by relevant Dutch tax and revenue legislation.
Your personal profile and membership data for will be retained whilst you continue to be an active free or paid member, and for up to 7 years following cessation of membership activity.
The retention period for data depends on the purpose for which we have received or collected the data and on legal obligations to retain data. We therefore, for example, retain permission for data processing for at least 5 years.
After you have purchased a product or service at email vendor selection, you remain in our customer base for a maximum of 2 years, so that we can inform you about changes in our products or services.

We transmit credit card information directly to PayPal.com. The credit card information is not communicated to our servers. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We don’t store credit card numbers after the transmission is complete.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in a few other cases, but we only do this with your explicit consent.

Social media (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn)
Buttons are included on our website to promote (“like”) or share (“tweet”) web pages on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. These buttons work with pieces of code that come from Facebook or Twitter itself. Cookies are placed through this code. We have no influence on it. Read the privacy statement of Facebook or Twitter (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) data that they process via these cookies.
The information they collect is anonymized as much as possible. The information is transferred to and stored by Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn on servers in the United States. LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook adhere to the Privacy Shield principles and are affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy.
Based on your actions on our website e.g. form completion, we will identify trading partners with whom we may share the personal data you have provided.
